Tehran’s residents have been urged to abandon the Iranian capital to avoid its notoriously toxic air, with officials warning it had become “dangerous.” Hospitals recorded a 15 per cent increase in admissions as doctors were called on to treat patients suffering from respiratory ailments, headaches and nausea.
