دادگاه استیناف انگلستان در تاریخ 18 اردیبهشت 1387 با رای خود به یک جدال حقوقی 7 ساله پایان داد. قوه قضاییه انگلستان با این حکم دولت را موظف می کند که نام سازمان مجاهدین خلق از لیست تروریستی این کشور خارج سازد. جیغ و داد سران رژیم جمهوری اسلامی همراه با مماشات چیان داخلی و بین المللی بخوبی ارزش و اهمیت رای دادگاه استیناف انگلستان را به نمایش می گذارد.
